This extended waterside ride will take you along the banks of the Yarra River, Diamond and Merri Creeks linked up with the Western/Metropolitan Ring Road. This loop goes through parks and reserves, billabongs and under the old Eltham Rail Trestle Bridge. Countless places to stop under a tree or for a picnic as this loop is mostly off the high street, although a small detour for a coffee or snack can always be done. Keep an eye and ear out for the wonderful birdlife as you get further from the city.
